Arctic Circle Rome Forum - Polar Dialogue

The Arctic Circle - Rome Forum Polar Dialogue will be held on 3-4 March 2026 at the headquarters of the National Research Council of Italy in Rome.

Topics of discussion will include the New American Arctic, Arctic Security, EU in the Arctic,
and Geoengineering, bringing together leading experts in polar research alongside representatives from governments, international institutions, industry, Indigenous communities and civil society.

Participants from around the world will address the complex scientific and geopolitical challenges facing the Arctic and other polar regions, with discussions centered on key themes including science, diplomacy, security, education, and research.

The Forum is organized by Arctic Circle in association with the Ministry of University and Research and the National Research Council of Italy, in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, and with the involvement of the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security.
