On 23-25 May 2018 the 6th China-Nordic Arctic Cooperation Symposium, hosted by Norwegian Polar Institute (NPI), Fridtjof Nansen Institute (FNI),University of Tromsø -The Arctic University of Norway in collaboration with Polar Research Institute of China, will take place in Tromsø, Norway, with the conference theme of “Integrated Ocean Management in the Arctic”.
I would like to draw your attention to the registration of the symposium. You are kindly requested to find attached documents “CNARC Symposium Registration Form” (for inquiry of invitation letter) and “Hotel Reservation Form”, and send back to once you will have completed them. We pre-booked a number of rooms at Thon Polar Hotel and Clarion Hotel The Edge (Both hotels are in walking distance from the meeting venue). The final deadline for symposium registration is April 13th, 2018.
Registration fee for the CNARC symposium is 230 (Euros) per person, covering fees for meals, coffee break and the miscellaneous. Registration fee can be paid with credit card at the meeting venue.
